About the playwright

Bruce Bloom has been involved in theatre ever since he was an undergraduate at Cornell, where the very first play he wrote won a Heermans Prize. More recently, his plays have entertained audiences in the US and abroad. An experienced director, actor and playwright, he has collborated with many theatre groups in the New York City area. He has been seen on stage often, in such plays as “The Little Foxes,” “All My Sons,” “Born Yesterday,” “Glengarry Glen Ross,” “Deathtrap” and “She Loves Me.” For several years he was also drama critic for The Scarsdale Inquirer.
